Intimate Gatherings such as dinner parties, photoshoots, networking events, corporate meetings, community service, creative workshops work well in our space. Upon entering there is a large open space for events. There is a medium size room with a door. We have one bathroom and a small break room in the back.
There is only one entrance/exit, so all rentals must be able to fit through the door.

No Smoking
No Alcohol unless you have provide a Special Events Alcohol Permit
No obstructions outside the door on the side walk
No overly loud or profane music.
No drilling in the walls
Permitted:
Outside catering is allowed
TEMPORARY decals are allowed
Lightweight streamers are allowed.
